Osaka Batteries
As an Authorized Osaka Battery Dealer, Anser Auto Mobiles honors the manufacturer warranty provided
by Osaka Batteries for all battery units sold through our shop. Warranty terms, conditions, and duration
are set by Osaka and are explained to you at the time of purchase. We assist with warranty claims but
the terms of coverage are ultimately determined by the manufacturer.
Other products
Car accessories, lighting kits, audio systems, and other products sold by Anser Auto Mobiles carry the
warranty (if any) provided by their original manufacturer or supplier. Where a manufacturer warranty
applies, we will help facilitate the claim on your behalf. Anser Auto Mobiles does not independently
extend additional warranty coverage beyond what the manufacturer provides, unless explicitly stated in
writing at the time of sale.
What warranties do not cover
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by improper installation by a third party, misuse,
accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification of the product after purchase. Installation
carried out by our own shop team is covered under our standard workmanship guarantee, details of
which are explained in-store at the time of fitting.
